Open Operations → Downtime
Go to Operations → Downtime to review existing blocks.
Step 2
Schedule downtime
Create a downtime block, choose the vehicle, and add the reason.
Step 3
Set the time window
Define the start and end times so bookings don't overlap the downtime.
Step 4
Review the schedule
Save the downtime block and confirm it appears on the schedule.
Validate your work
- The vehicle is blocked for the selected window.
- Availability updates in the schedule and booking screens.
- The downtime record shows in the vehicle record.
