Open Commercial → Inspection flows
Go to Commercial → Inspection flows to see your existing flows.
Step 2
Create a new flow
Create a new flow, name it clearly, and choose whether it applies to pickup, return, or both.
Step 3
Add checklist steps
Add the items your team must confirm at handoff, plus any notes you want recorded.
Step 4
Assign the flow
Choose the branches or vehicle categories that should use this flow.
Step 5
Run a quick test inspection
Open Operations → Inspections and start a test to confirm the flow appears and saves results.
Validate your work
- The flow appears in the list where you expect it.
- New inspections show the checklist items you created.
- Completed inspections save the results.
