Steps
Step 1
Open Sales β Leads
Go to Sales β Leads to see incoming requests and create a new one.
Step 2
Add the lead details
Select the customer, add dates, and choose the requested vehicle category or branch.
Step 3
Assign an owner and status
Assign a teammate to follow up and set the status so the team knows what happens next.
Step 4
Convert it to a quote
When the lead is ready, create a quote from it to move the customer forward.
Validate your work
- The lead appears in the list with the right status.
- The assignee can see it in their list.
- Creating a quote carries over the lead details.
