Steps

Step 1

Open Sales β†’ Leads

Go to Sales β†’ Leads to see incoming requests and create a new one.

Step 2

Add the lead details

Select the customer, add dates, and choose the requested vehicle category or branch.

Step 3

Assign an owner and status

Assign a teammate to follow up and set the status so the team knows what happens next.

Step 4

Convert it to a quote

When the lead is ready, create a quote from it to move the customer forward.

Validate your work

  • The lead appears in the list with the right status.
  • The assignee can see it in their list.
  • Creating a quote carries over the lead details.
