Steps
Step 1
Open Sales → Quotes
Go to Sales → Quotes to see existing quotes and start a new one.
Step 2
Select the customer
Pick a person or company, or create one if this is a new customer.
Step 3
Add dates, vehicles, and pricing
Choose the pickup and return dates, select the vehicle or category, and confirm the pricing summary.
Step 4
Save and send the quote
Save the quote and send it to the customer so they can review and approve it.
Validate your work
- The quote shows the right dates, vehicles, and totals.
- Fees, discounts, and add-ons apply as expected.
- The customer receives the quote.
