Step 1
Open CRM β People
Go to CRM β People to add an individual customer.
Step 2
Create a person record
Add the customer's name and contact details, then save the record.

Create a company record
Switch to CRM β Companies, create the company, and add a billing contact.
Step 4
Add notes or documents
Use the customer record to add notes or upload documents your team needs for bookings.
Validate your work
- The lists show both the person and company.
- Opening the profile shows the details you added.
- Start a new quote or booking and confirm you can find the customer.
