Steps
Step 1
Open Commercial β Programs
Go to Commercial β Programs to review the list.
Step 2
Create a program
Create a new program, give it a clear name (for example "Retail rentals" or "Service loaners"), and add a short description if it helps the team.
Step 3
Choose if it
Mark the program as active so it appears when creating bookings. Turn it off if you want to hide it without deleting it.
Step 4
Save and review
Save your changes and confirm the program shows in the list. You can edit it later as your workflows change.
Validate your work
- The program list shows the new entry with the correct status badge.
- Creating a booking lets staff pick from the active programs.
- Inactive programs stay saved but are not selectable in new bookings.
