Map current pricing
List your current rates by category, the rental lengths you sell most often, and whether each Protection Plan changes price or deposit.
Confirm Protection Plans for this Fare
In Commercial β Fares, open the Protection plans tab and confirm the plans this Fare version should use. Base stays enabled automatically; disable plans that should not appear for this pricing strategy.
Configure base fares in Resvo
Go to Commercial β Fares and add a base rate for each category. Include dates if your pricing changes by season. You can backfill base fare windows up to one year in the past. Live versions are read-only, so clone the published version first when you need to make changes.
Add adjustments if you use them
If you offer longer-term pricing or seasonal changes, add those adjustments now.
Test via Sales β Quotes
In Sales β Quotes, create a few sample quotes and confirm the totals match your expectations.
Validate your work
- Commercial β Fares lists a base rate for every category you sell.
- The Protection plans tab only enables the plans this Fare should offer.
