Steps

Step 1

Open Branches settings

Navigate to Assets β†’ Branches and review any default location created for your organization.

Step 2

Create a new branch

Create a new branch, name the location, add the street address, and include any pickup instructions customers should see.

Step 3

Set operating hours

Define opening and closing times for each day. These hours control when bookings can start or end at this branch.

Step 4

Confirm timezone and pricing details

Confirm the local timezone and any pricing defaults for the branch. Save your changes and repeat for additional locations.

Validate your work

  • Each branch appears in the list and is ready to use.
  • Operating hours show up in availability views.
  • New bookings offer the branch as a pickup and return option.
