Steps
Open Branches settings
Navigate to Assets β Branches and review any default location created for your organization.
Import existing branches
If you have a branch spreadsheet, open Assets β Branches β Import. Download the guide or example file, upload your export, and confirm the final column mapping before creating or updating branch records.
Create a new branch
To add one branch manually, create a new branch, name the location, add the street address, and include any pickup instructions customers should see.
Set operating hours
Define opening and closing times for each day. These hours control when bookings can start or end at this branch.
Confirm timezone and pricing details
Confirm the local timezone and any pricing defaults for the branch. Save your changes and repeat for additional locations.
Validate your work
- Each branch appears in the list and is ready to use.
- Operating hours show up in availability views.
- New bookings offer the branch as a pickup and return option.
