Steps
Step 1
Open Business β Settings
Navigate to Business β Settings from the sidebar. The page loads your current organization defaults.
Step 2
Update support channels
Under Support channels, add the support email and phone number customers should use.
Step 3
Add notification CC inboxes
Use Notification inbox (CC) to add addresses that should receive booking updates.
Step 4
Choose regional defaults
In Regional defaults, select the timezone, language, and currency that branches inherit.
Step 5
Decide if branches can edit settings
In Settings locks, choose whether branches can customize their own defaults.
Validate your work
- Support contact details appear on customer messages and documents.
- Booking updates reach the inboxes you added.
- New branches default to the time and currency settings you selected.
