TL;DR

  • Set the contact details customers should use.
  • Add the team inboxes that should receive booking updates.
  • Choose the default time and currency settings for every branch.
  • Decide whether branches can customize these defaults.

Steps

Step 1

Open Business β†’ Settings

Navigate to Business β†’ Settings from the sidebar. The page loads your current organization defaults.

Step 2

Update support channels

Under Support channels, add the support email and phone number customers should use.

Step 3

Add notification CC inboxes

Use Notification inbox (CC) to add addresses that should receive booking updates.

Step 4

Choose regional defaults

In Regional defaults, select the timezone, language, and currency that branches inherit.

Step 5

Decide if branches can edit settings

In Settings locks, choose whether branches can customize their own defaults.

Validate your work

  • Support contact details appear on customer messages and documents.
  • Booking updates reach the inboxes you added.
  • New branches default to the time and currency settings you selected.
