- Choose a role so each person sees the right tools.
- Follow up on invites so everyone gets in quickly.
Steps
Step 1
Open the Team & permissions page
Go to Business β Team & permissions. Review the list to see who already has access.
Step 2
Send invitations
Select Invite teammate, enter their email address, choose a role, and send the invite.
Step 3
Follow up on pending invites
If someone hasn't joined yet, resend the invite or cancel it and send a new one.
Step 4
Adjust roles for existing members
Update roles as responsibilities change so the right people can manage settings and billing.

Validate your work
- Invited teammates appear with the correct role.
- Accepted users show as active members.
- Owners can access billing and settings.
